peculiarME: So little time in a day...very busy!

Hi everyone! I hope this quick post finds you doing well. So sorry I have not been great about posting as of late...but life has been so incredibly busy sleep is not an option sometimes much less posting! I have been doing a great deal of planning and errands because my youngest Kori is graduating from high school tomorrow! This is just a photo of a photo but wanted to share it none the less!

Very excited and unbelievably proud. It has been consuming a great deal of time and effort as any of you with seniors present or past know! WOW is this much different than it was when we were kids!

So exciting!

Other than prepping for this huge event and working I have been doing a great deal of research and learning about web design, expanding my Photoshop knowledge and working hard on stuff for this here blog! I will be doing a major facelift here in the next couple of weeks and can't begin to tell you how much I have learned! This too is very exciting. I honestly LOVE ADOBE!! The possibilities are endless and I have been working in Photoshop for close to 10 years at this point and I can tell you from experience that you can NEVER know everything about this program or its capabilities! Hence I just love it. I have learned more in the past three weeks than I learned in the past 2 years about it and I cannot wait to share with you all what I am applying that knowledge to. I have also been doing a great deal of research and reading about starting and maintaining an Etsy Shop and that will be in the works on the not close but near future! Very excited about this as well. Have found a great printer to work with for printing art and photography...have some great product ideas lined up and it is all just a matter of time at this point. It is difficult sometimes for me because the ideas are flooding from my brain...there is so much I want to do but there seems to never be enough time in a day. Most nights during the week I do not get home from work until 8:30 P.M. and by the time I change clothes and wind down from the day at work, get out art supplies or start to work on something it isn't long before I have to get sleep so I can do it all over again in the morning!

Let's see what else is new and exciting?!

I am happy to say that our new lifestyle change has been going FANTASTIC! I have lost so far 32lbs and doing wonderful..feel great and have more energy than ever! Working hard on that and honestly have learned a great deal about nutrition, weight loss, cooking and how we are lied to by marketers and companies...restaurants and it is just nothing shy of amazing to me...that we don't really know what we put into our bodies and that many times people think their making a better or great choice...their really not. This has been my most successful and productive attempt ever and it is because prior to the change, we really took the bull by the horns and educated ourselves. We are still learning but as I said its going great! Feeling proud and feeling very good overall!

And so...I do check here daily to see you all and read the blogs I follow...as often as time permits anyways and I hope you continue to return cause I have many things in the works...just be patient as there is so much going on in the months of May and June here its breathtaking! I am however still here..and will be with lots of surprises in store! Take good care of you and be kind to everyone!
